We will make every possible effort on our part to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is to the fullest extent of the consumer laws of the United States.

Our Manufacturer's Warranty

We guarrantee our products to be free of a manufacturer's defect.

If there is a manufacturer's defect:
  • You MUST notify us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise and we will repair or replace the merchandise free of charge.
  • Buyer pays return shipping to us. We will pay for the shipment back to you.
  • In the unfortunate event that the exact model number of merchandise is not available, we will, at your discretion either:
    1. Replace it with the closest available model. If we cannot repair or replace the merchandise, we will grant you a credit towards merchandise equal to your purchase.
    2. Give you a full refund (minus shipping charge at time of purchase).

  • This warranty applies to merchandise with Emerald or Opal with more restrictions. Please see "Several Notes about Stones" below.




    Several Notes About the Nature of Stones

    Emerald

    We use only genuine Emeralds. The nature of Emerald itself usually has imperfections. Please do not expect perfect stones from Emerald jewelry. If you purchase or purchased a piece of Emerald jewelry from us, and you are not happy with it, please notify us and return it no later than 3 days from the time you receive it . Buyer pays return shipping.

    Opal

    The nature of Opal is soft and easy to break. If you order an item that contains Opal, we ask that you inspect the merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you find a crack, or find the merchandise of unacceptable condition, please notify us and return the merchandise within 3 days of your receipt of merchandise. Buyer pays return shipping. After this 3 day period, we are not responsible for chipped, cracked or broken stone. However, we can replace the stones at buyer's expense. Due each natural stone being different, we cannot guarantee that the replacement stone(s) will be as exact as the stones at the time of the original purchase.

    Our Return/Exchange Policy

    In order for us to refund/exchange the purchase:

    1. With the exception of a manufacturer's defect, the merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
    2. The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
    3. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt, proof of purchase or invoice.


    Within 14 days of receipt of merchandise:

    We have a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with your purchase, you can return it to us. We can grant you:
    • A full refund (minus shipping charges at the time of purchase). Buyer pays return shipping.
      OR
    • An exchange for equal or lesser value merchandise. If the item exchanged for is less than the original purchase, we will refund the difference.

    After 14 days and within 60 days of receipt of merchandise:

  • We can only exchange the merchandise for merchandise of equal or lesser value.
  • Buyer pays shipping both ways.



    Note about credit card purchases:
    Credit card purchases are refundable only by credit to the charge card or by issuing a check. This is for the security of all parties involved. If a check is issued for a refund, it can only be issued to the exact name and billing address of the credit card.
